Danny L. Van Winkle joined Tekell, Book, Matthews &
Limmer, L.L.P., of counsel, in 1995. Prior to joining
the firm, Mr. Van Winkle was a partner in the Houston
office of Vinson & Elkins, LLP. Mr. Van Winkle has been
a licensed trial lawyer for over thirty-five years.
During his legal career, he has participated in over 100
cases tried to a jury verdict. He has litigated numerous
cases in state and federal courts. His practice has
focused on refinery/chemical plant accidents, products
liability, premises liability, oilfield accidents, and
insurance coverage matters.
