Josh Fitzgerald has been licensed to practice in Texas
since 2007. He began his practice in Dallas, Texas
in the areas of insurance defense litigation,
construction defect litigation, surety law and products
liability. Mr. Fitzgerald joined Tekell, Book in
2009 and primarily focuses on insurance defense,
commercial, construction and general liability.
