David Burns joined Tekell, Book, Allen & Morris,
L.L.P. as a law clerk in 1992 and became partner in
2004. During his career, he has tried eight cases to
jury verdict. His practice focuses on mass tort, product
liability, and insurance coverage and associated issues.
Mr. Burns also counsels his clients regarding employment
and business contracts.
